Returns policy<\/p>\n

Charisma cannot provide refunds or cancel orders, except in the cases expressly stated below:<\/p>\n

1. Incorrect Product ShipmentIn the event that it is proven that the order was fulfilled incorrectly by the company, that is, if a product other than the one ordered\u2014in terms of type or quantity\u2014is delivered, you have the right to request its replacement with the originally ordered product or with another product up to the amount of the price paid, or with an additional fee if you wish.In this case, the costs of returning the original product and shipping the new one are borne by the company.<\/p>\n

2. Manufacturing Defect in a ProductIf, upon delivery, the item is completely or largely damaged, or if it is found to be defective, you have the right to request replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price paid, or for an additional fee if you wish. The product must be returned within two (2) calendar days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by the retail receipt or purchase invoice. If the two (2) calendar day period from the date of receipt has elapsed, Charisma reserves the right not to accept the return and, consequently, to refuse a replacement.To return defective items, please contact ENTYPOSIS I.K.E. by phone at 2681023010. Or via email at info@entiposis.gr or. In this case, the company will cover the costs of returning the original product and shipping the new item(s). <\/p>\n

3. Right of Withdrawal \u2014 Exception for Customized Products<\/p>\n

According to Law No. 2251\/1994, as currently in force, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product. <\/p>\n

However, according to Article 3(l) of the same law, this right does not apply<\/strong> to products that are manufactured according to the consumer\u2019s specifications or are clearly personalized. Charisma\u2019s products are made to order based on each customer\u2019s personalized specifications (such as, for example, printing of a logo, details, design, size, or color of the customer\u2019s choice) and therefore fall under the above exception. <\/p>\n

For this reason, the option to return or cancel an order is limited exclusively to cases 1 and 2 above (incorrect shipment or manufacturing defect).<\/p>\n
