Product returns

Returns policy

Charisma cannot provide refunds or cancel orders, except in the cases expressly stated below:

1. Incorrect product shipment
In the event that the order is proven to be executed incorrectly on the part of the company, i.e. in the event of delivery of a product other than the one ordered by type or quantity, you have the right to request its replacement with the originally ordered product or with another product up to the amount of the price paid or with an additional price if you wish.
In this case, the costs of returning the original product and sending the new one are borne by the company.

2. Product manufacturing defect
In the event that upon delivery the item is damaged completely or for the most part or in the event that the item is found to be defective you have the right to request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price paid or with an additional price if you wish. The product must be returned within two (2) calendar days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by a retail receipt or purchase invoice. If the period of two (2) calendar days from the date of receipt has elapsed, Charisma is entitled to refuse to accept the return and therefore refuse the replacement.
